Golden Ring at South Pheonix tinner's stream cut.  From The Drift Series.

I  often  see  Dragonflies hawking about on the moor in the Summer. Last summer though,  I saw a lot. It felt like a sign. I knew of the significance of Dragon flies in world-wide mythology.  Whether I just saw more because I was conscious of seeing more so I saw more, I don not know. I wanted to take it as a sign though. A future. The movement on. Metamorphose into the “new thing” where the constant present becomes the past. A memory to reflect on rather than one to be relived.
